Wildcat Summer Sports Camp offers kids an exciting opportunity to learn from great coaches, dedicated staff, and interact in a safe and competitive, but fun environment. If you have a passion for a sport or just an interest in the game, we have a camp for you. Sports include: Baseball, Softball, Girls Basketball, Boys Basketball and Non-Contact Football, Girls Lacrosse and Co-ed Soccer. Sessions vary based on activities.

All of our sports camps (formerly offered by Wildcat Camps) are coached by Marin Catholic Coaches and Marin Catholic students. They provide a great way to learn new skills while having fun!

WHERE: Marin Catholic High School, Kentfield

WHEN: Camp sessions run from June 19 through August 4. Session dates vary by sport.

AGES: Girls and boys, grades 3-9; Girls Lacrosse, grades 1-9

ACTIVITIES: Girls Basketball, Boys Basketball, Non-Contact Football, Baseball, Softball, Girls Lacrosse and Co-ed Soccer

COST: $175–$295

  • Girls Basketball (2 sessions): June 19-22, July 10-13
  • Boys Basketball (3 sessions): June 26-29, July 5-7, July 17-20
  • Football-Non-contact Football (1 session): July 10-13
  • Girls Lacrosse (grades 1-9): June 19-22
  • Baseball (3 sessions): July 17-21, July 24-28, July 31-August 4
  • Softball (1 session): June 19-21

Girls Basketball Camp: Open to girls entering grades 3-9, girls basketball camp will cover a wide variety of fundamental skills daily. Footwork, Ball Handling, Shooting and Passing, along with proper Defensive Technique. Each day there are contests to see who is the best in the Camp on two levels, the younger group, and the older group.Contests include: Free Throw Shooting, 3 Pt Shooting, Hot Shot, Ball Handling and Knockout competitions. All campers will be placed on equally divided teams at both levels, play games everyday and compete for the Camp Team Championship.

Boys Basketball Camp: Open to boys entering grades 3-9, boys basketball camp offers a complete overview of the game of basketball.Guided by Marin Catholic's Mens Varsity Coach, Mike Saia, the staff is comprised of current coaches, players, and Marin Catholic Alumni.The camp will introduce fundamentals, offensive and defensive concepts, and have games daily. The 4-day camp offers a great balance of instruction, competition, hard work, and fun!

Football: Open to boys and girls entering grades 3-9, football camp teaches sound fundamental offensive and defensive football skills to both experienced and beginner youth athletes. Individual and group drills will be demonstrated to teach basic techniques. Proper warm-up, physical conditioning, skills drills and review are part of each scheduled session. Sessions take place without the use of pads or helmets.

Girls Lacrosse (open to girls entering grades 1-9): Wildcat Camp is teaming up with Tenacity10, Northern California's premier girls' lacrosse program. Tenacity10's coaches believe that sports are a fantastic way for girls of all ages to learn skills for navigating life's challenges. Through structured training sessions and consistent mentoring, girls can develop methods for achieving their own ambitions both on and off the field. Tenacity10's programs constantly remind girls of the following ideals in order for them to reach their full potential:

  1. Set goals;
  2. Make a game plan;
  3. Ask questions;
  4. Watch the best;
  5. Master the fundamentals;
  6. Innovate;
  7. Work smart;
  8. Work hard;
  9. Focus in;
  10. Follow through.

Baseball Camp: Open to boys and girls entering grades 3-9, baseball camp will cover a wide variety of skills designed to make each camper a more well rounded baseball player. The morning hours of camp are spent covering fundamentals such as how to properly warm up, proper throwing mechanics, as well as both offensive and defensive skills. After lunch, campers will be broken into teams and the scrimmages will begin. Campers will then have the opportunity to showcase the skills they have learned during the morning session.

Girls Softball: Open to girls entering grades 3-9, softball camp is sure to be a good time for girls interested in softball. Girls will be taught fielding, hitting, throwing and running techniques by the Marin Catholic coaches, current players and alumni. This three day camp will include a variety of drills that will be enjoyed by all age groups and skill levels.
