Image of the stage set at the Bottlerock Napa Valley 2015 festival In its third year, the inaugural BottleRock Napa Valley has made quite the name for itself as one of Northern California’s biggest and well-known music festivals. Attracting 100,000 festival-goers of all ages, this year’s sold out festival welcomed acts such as Imagine Dragons, Cage the Elephant, Public Enemy, Robert Plant and No Doubt. In addition to the variety of music, the culinary side of the festival introduced a vast array of local restaurants, also providing the opportunity for chefs to showcase their musical talent on the Culinary Stage alongside artists such as Imagine Dragons and Snoop Dogg.

As reporters, we arrived on the first day of the festival in Downtown Napa, heading towards the Intel stage where Matt Shultz and Cage the Elephant are playing hit after hit to the audience’s approval. Festival-goers watch intently as they lounge on blankets and benches across from the food court, where more fans are eagerly lined up to grab a meal before moving on to the next set.
